Our services may include:
Automatic generation of social media posts (images, captions, videos)
Content scheduling
Post publishing to connected platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).

3. User Responsibilities
By using Scaleon.now, you agree that:
You own or have the rights to use the content, branding, and materials you provide.
You are responsible for the accuracy of business information submitted.
You comply with the terms of service of connected platforms (e.g. Meta / Instagram).
You are fully responsible for the content published through your connected accounts.
All content must be reviewed and approved by the user before publication. The user remains fully responsible for the final published content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Scaleon.now for:
Illegal products or services
Adult or explicit content
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Political manipulation or misinformation
Fraudulent or deceptive activities
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Platform Integrations
Scaleon.now connects to third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for:
Changes in third-party platform policies
Account restrictions or bans
Content removals by external platforms
You use integrations at your own risk.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Scaleon.now operates on a subscription model.
Fees are charged in advance.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting hello@scaleon.now.
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the initial payment are not eligible.
We may update pricing at any time (changes apply to future billing cycles).
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While Scaleon.now helps automate content publishing, we do not guarantee:
Business growth
Increased engagement
Increased followers
Revenue improvement
Marketing results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide stable and continuous service. However:
Downtime may occur
Features may be updated or discontinued
We may suspend service for maintenance
We are not liable for temporary interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scaleon.now shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or profits
Social media account bans or restrictions
Indirect or consequential damages
Business losses resulting from content performance
You use the platform at your own risk.
In no event shall Scaleon.now’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 30 days.
11. Data & Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform, including:
Account details
Business information
Connected social account data
Usage activity
We do not sell personal data.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights under GDPR, including access, correction, and deletion of your personal data.

Payment fails
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
